Includes orchestration of plant material and constructed elements in an exterior setting. It is not required to be in proximity to or support an architectural building.

Building Arts & Crafts
Built work crafted by the entrant either as a freestanding element or as a permanent component of a building or landscape.
Eligible works may include, but are not limited to, sculpture, furniture, millwork, plasterwork, masonry, painting, ironwork, etc.
Documentation
Work crafted by the entrant documenting existing structures. Existing structures may include whole buildings or building
fragments and components. Relevant documentation may include, but is not limited to, plans, sections, elevations, sketches, details, or 3D models in any medium.
This award is open to all entrants regardless of experience or profession.
Entrants based in Louisiana may submit documentation of structures located anywhere in the world.
Entrants based outside of Louisiana can only submit projects located in Louisiana.
Design Student
Built or unbuilt work crafted by the entrant either as part of a course or as independent work while in school.

Reserved for entrants who have a maximum of 10 years experience in their respective fields.

Social Impact
As we approach the 20th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, this award seeks to honor projects that demonstrate the ability of traditional and classical architecture, urbanism, and craftsmanship to aid in rebuilding affected cities, housing the displaced, and preserving the character of community in the aftermath of environmental and man-made disasters.
Built or unbuilt work will be considered eligible and is open to all entrants regardless of experience or profession.
